My interests reside in uncovering the organizational and strategic complexity of governing social relations, especially in innovation contexts driven by digital technology, e.g., platforms. My doctoral research focuses on unpacking and explaining the variation of organizational hybrid governance on interpersonal relationships, in the specific context of the sharing economy. Before joining AMBS and MIoIR, I obtained a Master in Sociology from Peking University. In that period, I worked on Organization Studies, Labour Sociology, and Economic Sociology, graduating with a master thesis (Distinction) concerning labour governance of digital platforms.
