Biography

I am a Teaching Associate for PGT in Politics at the School of Social Sciences of The University of Manchester where I am currently supervising Master's dissertations for Political Economy, International Political Economy and International Relations degrees. I colmpleted my doctoral study from Alliance Manchester Business School. My research interests lie in the areas of work inequalities arising from the intersections of gender, ageing and migration. My teaching interests and areas are human resource management, organisational behaviour and equality, diversity and inclusion at workplaces. In the past, I served as a guest lecturer at the business school.

I am also an Associate CIPD and Associate fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
