Overview

Rudra Shrestha is an atmospheric scientist, who obtained a PhD degree in atmospheric science from the University of Manchester, United Kingdom. He has several years of teaching and research experience in atmospheric science. His research interests are modeling of air quality and its interaction with meteorology. In particular, the impacts of black carbon aerosol on regional climate change. He has published several peer-reviewed papers on atmospheric sciences. At the Tyndall Center Manchester, he is working on a project that advances climate change policy for international aviation and shipping.
