Dr Rohna Kearney is a Consultant Urogynaecologist and Clinical Head of Gynaecology Division at Saint Mary's Hospital.

She is a co-chief investigator of the NIHR funded TOPSY trial, a multi-centre randomised control trial, with nested process evaluation, to test the clinical and cost-effectiveness of self-management of vaginal pessaries to treat pelvic organ prolapse, compared to standard care to improve women’s quality of life.

Dr Kearney's research interests are in self-management, pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence, mesh complications, obstetric pelvic floor dysfunction and pelvic floor imaging. She supervises MD and PhD students.
