I can design and fabricate innovative materials combining polymers with nanoparticles.
The resulting nanocomposites display enhanced electrical, mechanical, thermal, and gas barrier properties. Target applications are flexible and environmentally friendly electronics, photovoltaic, electromagnetic shielding, structural composites, and wearable thermoelectrics.

I am a research associate at the University of Manchester National Graphene Institute.
I work in the work package 14 of the graphene flagship.
I completed a Ph.D. in bioengineering and robotics (curriculum bionanotechnology) in the smart materials group of the Italian Institute of Technology.
I collaborated with companies such as Directa Plus, Nanoramic Laboratories, BASF, and Avanzare to manufacture multifunctional composites employing their commercially available nanomaterials.
I was sponsored by Ghelfi Ondulati S.P.A. to develop mechanically improved cardboard papers.
