Overview

Dr Pericleous is a Research Associate in Statistics at the Division of Imaging, Informatics and Data Sciences since 2015

Biography

Dr Pericleous earned her BSc in Mathematics at the University of East Anglia in 2009 (two years at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, in Greece and two years at the University of East Anglia). Then, she returned to Cyprus to teach Mathematics at a Private Institute in Cyprus. 

A year after, she returned to the University of East Anglia where she gained her MSc(by Research) in Statistics in 2012 and a PhD in Statistics in 2016. During her MSc and PhD period, she taught Applied Statistics, Statistical Methods and Advanced Statistics.

She undertook her current role a few months before submitting her PhD thesis. During her time at the University of Manchester she has taken research and teaching responsibilities. She created and currently leads the StatsClinic group.
