I am currently employed as a research assistant on the MRC-funded trial Actissist 2.0 (https://sites.manchester.ac.uk/actissist/). Prior to this, I completed a PhD exploring how we can use technology to deliver interventions for people who experience severe mental health problems.

My research interests lie primarily in the field of digital health and, more specifically, understanding how we can develop digital interventions that are acceptable to end users. Recently, our group have also been exploring both the beneficial and detrimental role that social media can play in mental health and wellbeing.
