Mr Michail Michailow
Overview
Michail Michailow is a doctoral researcher and current third-year student representative at the Alliance Manchester Business School (AMBS) in the People, Management, and Organisations (PMO) department. He is part of the Organisational Psychology subject area group and is supervised by Prof Robin Martin and Dr David Hughes. Michail's PhD research is focused on workplace leadership and primarily aims to expand current knowledge on Leader-Member Exchange (LMX) theory.
