Overview
I am a Lecturer in B.Sc Educational Psychology at Manchester Institute of Education. I joined MIE in 2016 where I worked for 4 years as a statistical analyst on multiple large-scale mental health school-based interventions (PATHS, GBG, HeadStart). My background is in mental health and for the past four years I have focused on adolescent mental health. My research interests include measurement and psychometric analyses, the assessment of social media and its impact on adolescents' mental health and wellbeing.
After completing my M.A. in Psychology at the University of Cyprus (2007-2011) I received my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at the University of Edinburgh (2011-2015) where I focused on the revision of the WHOQOL-BREF quality of life measure.
