Overview

Liliane is a multi-disciplinary academic researcher currently pursuing a PhD in Marketing. Her research interests are focused on customer engagement, customer experience, and value co-creation. Liliane delivered seminars to undergraduate and MSc students at AMBS. Her teaching interests include marketing, services marketing, customer experience, and qualitative methodology.
