Overview

I am in my final year of training as a Clinical Psychologist in the Division of Psychology and Mental Health and am employed by Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Trust. 

I completed my PhD in 2017 which examined the neuropsychological mechanisms underlying a psychological treatment for relapse prevention in depression: Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).

I am keen to support aspiring Clinical Psychologists with entering the profession. I am available to offer advice, support, and mentoring regarding the Clinical Psychology applications process. I am particularly keen to support those applying to join the profession from less traditional entry routes and those who identify as coming from a protected disability or minority group.
