I am just finishing my training as a Clinical Psychologist in the Division of Psychology and Mental Health and am employed by Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Trust. I will soon be moving to my new roles as both a Clinical Psychologist in a secondary care team and a Lecturer in Psychology at MMU.
I completed my PhD in 2017 which examined the neuropsychological mechanisms underlying a psychological treatment for relapse prevention in depression: Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). My DClinPsy research continued this through exploring both participants' and clinicians' views around MBCT.
