Biography

I am a teaching focused Lecturer in the School of Dentistry, working as part of the team delivering the blended learning MSc Restorative and Aesthetic Dentistry (RAD), alongside an external provider (Healthcare Learning).  The MSc RAD delivers a worldclass taught postgraduate qualification to students based all over the world.  Specifically, I am the Lead for the Dissertation Unit, supporting staff and students in the supervision of their MSc dissertations, approx. 50 per annum. I am also the interim Lead for the Research Methods Unit, which is delivered to all taught postgraduate students across the Divisions of Dentistry and Medical Education.

 

Social responsibility

I have a role within my local community as a Magistrate (Justice of the Peace), working as part of the Greater Manchester bench.
