Overview

Judy Too is a PhD Researcher pursuing a joint programme with the University of Melbourne under the Global Doctoral Research Network (GOLDEN) (President's Doctoral Scholar Award Scheme). Her research project titled 'Standardising carbon neutrality in delivery of complex projects' seeks to examine the trade-off between cost and the environmental impact of various decarbonisation strategies to develop a cost-decarbonisation framework for complex projects. Since projects operate in cost-constrained environments, this framework will guide decision making on high impact decarbonisation alternatives that will achieve carbon neutrality at optimal cost.

Judy received her Master's in Engineering Project Management from the University of Manchester in 2019. Previously, she worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) as an Assurance Associate where she supported clients in different sectors to deliver their external audit reports.
