Dr Jillian Yeow
Lecturer in Business Model Innovation

Biography
Jillian is currently a Lecturer in the Management of Projects Group within MACE. She was also previously a Research Fellow in the Manchester Institute of Innovation Research at Alliance Manchester Business School. Her main research interests and expertise are in two areas: (1) project-based forms of work and organising, particularly those enabled by ICT. She is interested in the social and organisational change that occurs as project-based forms of work and organising become more prominent, particularly the role that ICTs play in these project-based interactions and relationships, and how it impacts on project outcomes. (2) innovation management, in particular open innovation, innovation ecosystems, and their enactment and organisation in projects. She is also involved in research on science, technology and innovation policy.

Jillian has taught on a number of undergraduate and postgraduate courses including Social Studies of Technology, Research Methodology, Introductory Maths and Introductory Statistics, as well as led several workshops in the Faculty of Humanities' Postgraduate Research Training Programme.
