Overview

I am Lecturer in Education (International) in the Manchester Institute of Education (MIE) at the University of Manchester. In my teaching capacity, I serve as Research Methods Coordinator for MA students and am course leader for the two required research methods course units (EDUC60011 and EDUC60452). I am also the dissertation coordinator for the MA Education (International) programme.

My primary research interest is in international students' transition experiences in higher education. In particular, my work focuses on social transitions, curriculum internationalisation, and intercultural learning opportunities. My research projects have also included studies on doctoral student support, education in developing contexts, and educational technologies.
