Biography

I grew up in Coventry before studying medical sciences at the University of Cambridge and clinical medicine at the University of Oxford. My foundation training was on a neurosciences Academic Foundation Programme with a research block at Cambridge’s Department of Psychiatry. I was an NIHR Academic Clinical Fellow in Neurology working at Salford Hospital until being awarded a Wellcome Clinical Research Training Fellowship in 2017 to start my current PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience at the University of Manchester. My PhD is based in the Neuroscience and Aphasia Research Unit under the joint supervision of Professor Matthew Lambon Ralph (Manchester) and Professor Tim Griffiths (Newcastle/London).
