I am interested in the history of race, space, and everyday life.

My PhD project utilises space as a central analytical tool to observe how understadings of race, difference, and belonging were configured and contested in and across the different spaces of Post-war Manchester.

I joined the University of Manchester in 2019 as a Masters student, following the completion of my undergraduate degree at Emmanuel College, University of Cambridge.

I began my PhD, which is funded by the AHRC, in 2021.
