I am currently studying for a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree at the University of Manchester in the Faculty of Biology, Medicine and Health, department of Pharmacy & Pharmaceutical Science. The title of my PhD project is 'New ways to control reservoir formation in ultra-low surface tension biological membranes mimics of lung surfactants'. My main research interests are pharmaceutical development, pharmacology and pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics. I obtained my Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in 2016 from the University of Sheffield in Biomedical Science, Faculty of Science, specialising in Physiology and Pharmacology. I obtained my Master of Science degree in 2017 also from the University of Sheffield in Molecular Medicine, Faculty of Medicine, specialising in Experimental Medicine. I have worked at GlaxoSmithKline in Stevenage on a summer placement and at Cyprotex (Evotec) for over 2 years in the Physical Chemistry team.
