Overview

I am a Health Services Researcher interested in patient involvement in research and care, communication and patient safety. My work currently concerns communication between people aged 65+ who have two or more long-term health conditions (multimorbidity) and staff working in General Practices. I am developing and testing a behaviour change intervention to improve communication and reduce risks to patient safety.
