The Cochrane Oral Health Group:
The Cochrane Collaboration is an international non-profit and independent organisation that aims to help people make well-informed decisions about health care by preparing, maintaining and ensuring the accessibility of systematic reviews of the effects of healthcare interventions. The main work of the Collaboration, preparing systematic reviews, is undertaken through over 50 Collaborative Review Groups (CRGs) located world-wide.

The Cochrane Oral Health Group (OHG) is one of these and its aim is to produce and publish systematic reviews on the prevention, treatment and rehabilitation of oral, dental, and craniofacial diseases and disorders.
OHG reviews and protocols are published on the Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews (CDSR) on The Cochrane Library, a regularly updated collection of evidence-based healthcare databases available online.
Further information on the work of the OHG can be gained by contacting the Editorial Base or referring to the Group’s website
