Biography
As a researcher at the Centre for Applied Pharmacokinetic Research (CAPKR), Brahim's interests include investigating the expression profiles (protein and RNA) of drug-metabolizing enzymes and drug transporters in different systems including tissue (plasma, liver, kidney, intestine, etc.) and in vitro systems, for the purpose of enabling in vitro-in vivo extrapolation (IVIVE) and leveraging precision dosing techniques. Method development and optimization is also one of the focuses of his work. Along with experimental work, he participates in training PhD students and has consultancy responsibilities for external and affiliated companies and institutions.
