Biography

Neville Harris LL.B (Hons), LL.M., Ph.D (Sheffield), FAcSS, Barrister (Gray's Inn)

 

Neville Harris has been a Professor of Law at Manchester since 2000. He is a Fellow of the Academy of Social Sciences. He is the Editor of the Journal of Social Security Law and the Senior Editor of the Education Law Reports. He has conducted a wide range of research projects funded by, among others, the ESRC, the Leverhulme Trust, the Nuffield Foundation, the Department for Education and the Law Society. He is a member of the Socio-Legal Studies Association and the Society of Legal Scholars and serves on the editorial boards of a number of national and international journals.
