Overview

Lucy is involved in both undergraduate and postgraduate teaching in the Division of Dentistry and the Faculty of Biological, Medical and Health Sciences. She is currently the Programme Director for the MSc Evidence-Based Health Care. 

Lucy is Senior Postgraduate Research Tutor for the Division of Dentistry and co-Lead for Patient and Public Involvement/ Engagement (PPI/E) alongside Dr Yin-Ling Lin. 

Biography

Lucy completed her first degree in Social Policy and Sociology at the University of Sheffield in 2006, her MA in Social Research at the University of Manchester and her PhD in Health Psychology supervised by Pauline Adair, Margaret Coffey and Cynthia Pine at the University of Salford. She was appointed as a Systematic Reviewer in the School of Dentistry in 2012 and as Lecturer in Health Services Research in 2014.
