Research and Areas of Expertise

His areas of research include most major subjects of general Public International Law and, in particular, questions pertaining to Statehood, Sources of International Law, State Responsibility, the Law of International Organizations, International Dispute Settlement, the Law of Armed Conflicts, International Humanitarian Law, and International Legal Theory.
