Research interests
Prof Corinne Faivre-Finn has been an active clinical researcher in the field of lung cancer for over 13 years, developing research expertise in the field of combined modality treatment in lung cancer.
Prof Faivre-Finn has been successful in securing several research grants, including CR-UK and NIHR funding. She is involved with the protocol development of several national and international clinical trials in lung cancer. She is Chief investigator (CI) of the international CONVERT study (limited-disease SCLC), PIT study (Mesothelioma), Isotoxic IMRT (NSCLC) and MEKRT (MEK inhibitor combined with thoracic radiotherapy in NSCLC) and the UK chief investigator for the LungTech and LungART studies.
Prof Corinne Faivre-Finn is also involved with the trial management groups of several UK lung cancer clinical trials and has been acting as site Principal Investigator for major national and international trials; demonstrating the capability to recruit large numbers of patients while providing good quality data.
