- Point of care tests in the diagnosis of Aspergillosis
Better and more timely diagnosis of chronic and allergic aspergillosis is needed. We have been awarded an MRC research grant to explore the use of point of care tests, in blood and respiratory secretions, for the diagnosis of aspergillosis.

- Interferon gamma immunotherapy in chronic pulmonary aspergillosis
Patients with chronic aspergillosis are treated with long term antifungals, and a substantial proportion of patients fail therapy through resistance development. The azoles are the only available oral class of drugs and novel treatments are needed. Immunotherapy with interferon gamma may offer a promising alternative.
- Patient reported outcome measures as a tool to assess response to treatment in chronic pulmonary aspergillosis
- Pathogenesis of chronic pulmonary aspergillosis
