Dr Kara Ng is a Lecturer in Organisational Psychology at Alliance Manchester Business School. She holds a double degree in Psychology and Classics from the University of Rochester (USA) and completed her MSc and PhD at AMBS. She is a member of the Work and Equalities Institute.
Her research is focused on understanding how and why people in engage in unethical behaviours at work, especially workplace bullying. Specifically, she is interested bystander responses to workplace bullying. She is also interested in the role of moral disengagement in justifying and perpetuating harmful behaviours. More recently, she is interested in understanding the role of moral emotions at work.
Her main research interests are workplace bullying and behavioural ethics.
