My name is Chi In Kara Ng. I am a PhD candidate at Alliance Manchester Business School in the PMO department and Organisational Psychology subject area group. I am supervised by Drs Helge Hoel and Karen Niven.

My research aims to understand the moral processes of bystanders in workplace bullying. I am seeking to integrate existing moral and ethical decision-making theories into a new conceptual framework. I am also interested in understanding how certain individual and organisational factors may affect bystander perceptions and reactions to workplace bullying.

My research interests include behavioural ethics, organisational behaviour, and workplace bullying. 

I am a member and student representative of the Work and Equalities Institute.
