Overview

Postdoctoral Research Associate, currently working on the BBSRC-ESRC-NERC-funded Diverseafood project, looking at sustainable business models within the seafood sector. Work primarily focuses on using the Business Model Canvas to identify existing business models and assess how well they align with circular economy principles and aspects of resilience.

Previous areas of research include the contribution of waste policy in the transition to the circular economy, focusing on existing limitations of waste policy at three levels; strategic (overarching aims and objectives), operational (mechanisms and instruments) and in implementation (stakeholder engagement).
