I am currently pursuing my PhD - Development Policy & Management at University of Manchester, as part of the Global Development Institute. My research focus is on Employee Value Proposition and Its Impact on Employee Attractiveness and Employee Retention, as part of the Talent Management function in Human Resources.
Prior to my doctoral studies, I have successfully completed my Masters in Human Resource Development (2011) from the University of Salford, UK and also hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management in Marketing and Human Resources (2005) from St. Joseph's College of Business Administration, Bangalore - India.
I have been working over the last 13+ years in varied capacities in areas including academic operations; general administration; human resources; branding & communication; and strategy. The industry that I have been associated over the last decade is the Higher Education Sector in India.
