Overview

Alejandro Espinosa-Rada is a PhD student in Sociology at the University of Manchester and a member of the Mitchell Centre for Social Network Analysis. He completed his master’s degree in sociology at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile and received his bachelor’s degree from Alberto Hurtado University. Before arriving at Manchester in 2017, he worked as an adjunct assistant professor at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, Alberto Hurtado University, and the University of Santiago, Chile. Afterwards, he founded and is currently the coordinator of the Chilean Society for Social Network Science (CHISOCNET).

Title of the thesis – “A Network Approach for the Sociological Study of Science and Knowledge: Modelling a Dynamic Multilevel Network.”
