This was a series of two sessions accessible for children with autism their parents and professionals who took part in my PhD study. The children would be involved in a shared art piece titled 'you, me, us' which depicts the special interests that makes the child unique while at the same time part of the autistic community. This activity was specially designed to be accessible and work with the child's strengths. At the same time parents and professionals could get feedback about study results and use the evening as an opportunity to network and discuss issues pertinent to high functioning children and especially females with autism.
