The University of Manchester is one of five UK Higher Education (HE) institutions partnering with HE and science institutions in India to bring about gender equality in science, technology, engineering, mathematics and medicine (STEMM) via a series of seminar/workshops. This project has been brought about by a partnership between the British Council and the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India.
