Consultancy to develop specification, implementation, and documentation for integration of BioCompute Objects with Research Objects and Bagit (hereby BCO-RO).
1. Best practices guide/specification on creating a Research Object that utilizes BCOs.
2. Create example Research Object that utilizes BCOs, show case as GitHub repository
3. Create documentation of BCO-RO as a README and user guide
4. Create Training Dataset for BCO-RO
5. Create Training module for BCO-RO (Video and/or step-by-step instructions)
6. Specification of best practice for integration of ontologies like PROV into BCO
7. Bi-weekly meetings and brief progress reports
