I am currently undertaking an ESRC-funded PhD research project in Human Geography, supervised by Chris Perkins and Dr Saskia Warren. This project brings queer theory into dialogue with both theoretical and methodological work from the field of critical cartography, in an attempt to queer cartographic methodologies and epistemologies. Grounded in creative encounters with practice, my research explores the radical potential of collaborative and participatory arts-based mapping methods for (re)imagining queer space.

I am a member of the Mapping: Culture and GIS Research Group, and the Cities, Politics, Economies Research Group.
