Overview

Liz is an experienced health economist specialising in the design and implementation of economic evaluations and with a particular interest in mental health and women's/reproductive health. She has a unique set of complementary skills from her background in psychology and epidemiology in combination with her expertise in economic evaluation. 

Liz is part of the Manchester Centre for Health Economics, based in the Division of Population Health, Health Services Research & Primary Care, and the School of Health Sciences. She is the Deputy Division Lead for Research and a member of the Division Leadership Team. Liz is also a member of the School of Health Sciences self-assessment team for Athena Swan.

Liz is an associate editor for the BMC Psychiatry journal and a peer reviewer for a number of international journals and major funding bodies. 

Liz contributes to teaching as a supervisor and advisor to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
