Miss Daina Bellido De Luna Mayea

Overview

Daina is an organizational psychologist from the University of Santiago, Chile. Ever since she graduated in 2008, she has been working for several HR departments and as an HR consultant. She did her master's degree at The University of Manchester in 2011/2012 on international human resource management and comparative industrial relations. After completing her studies, she returned to Chile to continue working in HR as a training and development specialist. In 2015 she returned to The University of Manchester to start her PhD. As a PhD candidate, she has been actively involved in academic activities such as conferences and workshops and is currently a teaching assistant for international human resource management and introduction to work psychology. Her PhD research is on trade union renewal strategies in Chilean unions.
