Prof Christopher Yau

Biography
Christopher is Professor of Artificial Intelligence at the University of Manchester, a UKRI Turing AI Fellow and Director of the Health Data Research UK-Turing Wellcome PhD Programme in Health Data Science. He received his undergraduate degree in Engineering at the University of Cambridge in 2004 and a D.Phil in Statistics from the University of Oxford in 2009. He was previously a Lecturer in Statistics at Imperial College London, Associate Professor in Genomic Medicine at the University of Oxford, and Professor of Artificial Intelligence at the University of Birmingham.
