Chao Wu is a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the Swarm & Computational Intelligence Laboratory (SwaCIL) at the University of Manchester, UK. He is currently involved in the European Union H2020-FETOPEN project (ROBOts in cooperation with a bioCOENOSIS). His research focuses on ultra-low-power consumption circuit design and system for bio-hybrid robot. Besides, his other interests consist of power management system for mobile robots, real-time impedance measurement for lithium-ion battery, battery degradation and recycling, and physiological monitoring system.
