Biography

I am currently pursuing my PhD - Development Policy & Management at University of Manchester, as part of the Global Development Institute. My research focus is on Employee Value Proposition and Its Impact on Employee Attractiveness and Employee Retention, as part of the Talent Management function in Human Resources. 

Prior to my doctoral studies, I have successfully completed my Masters in Human Resource Development (2011) from the University of Salford, UK and also hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management in Marketing and Human Resources (2005) from St. Joseph's College of Business Administration, Bangalore - India. 

I have been working over the last 14+ years in varied capacities in areas including teaching, communications, branding, academic operations, strategy, general administration, human resources and public relations. I have been working in the higher education sector over the last decade and have held both academic and administrative positions.
