Research project: Workplace team resilience- A multilevel conceptualisation and the impact of leadership on team resilience

The aim is to gain a better understanding of how teams manage and overcome setbacks or challenges whilst keeping their performance and employee wellbeing high. Based on the gained insights into the nature of team resilience, I aim to develop a team resilience tool for the application in the workplace and test resilience training options which help to improve teams' ability to manage adverse events and to maintain high performance and wellbeing throughout future challenges.
